Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NewKawaiiStuff.com! If you’re not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and protective seals attached.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the Returns Center on NewKawaiiStuff.com
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the items you wish to return and choose your reason
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
  5. Package items securely in the original packaging
  6. Include the original packing slip and return form
  7. Attach the return label to the package
  8. Drop off at any postal service location

Return Processing Time

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and inspected after we receive it at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days after return approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns within the United States:

  • Standard returns: $4.95 deducted from your refund
  • Free returns on orders over $75
  • Defective items: Free return shipping

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are for merchandise value only

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for different colors or sizes of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Select “Exchange” as your reason
  3. Specify the desired color/size in the exchange request
  4. If available, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  5. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Please include clear photographs showing the damage or defect to help us resolve your issue quickly.

International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, however:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Returns must clear customs and may incur additional fees
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Products without original tags and packaging
  • Opened cosmetics and personal care items

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Plush toys without original tags
  • Stationery sets with broken seals
  • Food items and candies
  • Cosmetics and skincare products

Return Status

You can check your return status anytime by:

  • Logging into your account on NewKawaiiStuff.com
  • Using the tracking number from your return label
  • Contacting our customer service team
  • Checking your email for updates

Holiday Return Policy

Items purchased between November 15th and December 31st may be returned through January 31st of the following year. This extended policy applies to all regular-priced items.

Special Notes for Kawaii Items

Due to the collectible nature of our products:

  • Plush toys must have original tags attached
  • Stationery sets must be unopened
  • Figures and collectibles must be in original packaging
  • Stickers and small items must be unused
